Acko has a dedicated grievance redressal team that investigates and resolves raised issues to safeguard policyholders from unfair actions. If you don't get a satisfactory response from customer support, you have the option to take your issue to grievance redressal. Follow these steps to get in touch with the grievance redressal:
Write an e-mail addressing your issues or queries to hello@acko.com. Acko will acknowledge your mail within 24 hours and will connect with you.
After internally investigating the issue, customer support will respond in a period of 5 working days.
If the staff doesn't respond or you are not satisfied with the response, escalate the issue further to grievance redressal.
Write to the grievance redressal at grievance@acko.com, provide a brief of your issue, and convey your message with clarity in detail.
This mail will be acknowledged in 24 hours and you shall expect a response within 15 working days.
Acko encourages its senior citizen customers to reach out to customer support by calling 080-62370023.
If you are not satisfied with the response from Grievance Redressal, escalate it to the Chief Grievance Officer.
